ECA Project

Split into two parts, first of which was to write a report to the company Board of Directors outlining a practical and convincing site upgrade to a full ecommerce package.

The report had to include scope, scalability, reliability and security aspects and also also include a checklist and forward plan for ongoing performance monitoring.

The second part was to produce a full site breakdown cost analysis outlining the transactions involved and sizing to meet current and future demands.
